The National E – Governance Division and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology developed it to promote mobile governance in India.

My Gov

MyGov has been established as the Government of India’s platform for citizen engagement. It works with numerous government organisations and ministries to engage citizens in the policy-making process and solicits their opinions on matters and subjects of general interest and welfare.

Since the Honorable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi launched MyGov on July 26, 2014 there have been more than 24.5 million registered users. Nearly all government departments use the MyGov platform for citizen engagement initiatives, policy formulation consultations and informational outreach to the public about various government schemes and programs. A start-up with its headquarters in Indore, NaMo India emerged in the middle of 2020. A major project of Digital India, the government of India’s flagship initiative to create a knowledge-based society and economy, is DigiLocker. By giving citizens a shareable private space on a public cloud and making all documents and certificates accessible there. DigiLocker contributes to Digital India’s vision. MSME Scheme

e – Sanjeevani OPD

e – Sanjeevani is the government of India’s first online OPD (outpatient) consultation service for citizens. According to the government, this is the first time a country’s government has provided this type of service to its citizens. Based on the e – Sanjeevani model, e – Sanjeevani OPD provides OPD consultation services to people in the comfort of their own homes. This was launched in April 2020, during the COVID pandemic. Doctor-to-patient teleconsultation is provided to patients at no cost.

Aarogya Setu

Aarogya Setu application was launched by the Government of Indi on 2-April-2020, to aid the COVID-19 efforts of the Government based contact tracing platform in the world with more than 19 Crore Users.

Aarogya Setu uses contact tracing to record details of all the people you may have come in contact with, as you go about your normal activities. If any one of them, at a later point in time, tests positive for COVID-19, you are immediately informed and proactive medical intervention is arranged for you.

IRCTC

IRCTC officials created this. It is a redesigned version of the old Indian railways with a minimalistic interface and simple steps such as shuffle, select, and booking via a swipe gesture. 

Special ladies ticket booking is one of the key features. Premium – Tatkal quota and Tatkal. It syncs with IRCTC’s NGeT website and NGet Mobile App tickets allowing users to view, cancel or file TDRs for e-tickets booked through the official website. It also displays a live reservation table and notifies the user of a change in boarding point via phone notification.

PMO India  

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched an app that will allow citizens to have discussions and directly submit grievances to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) from their smartphones. The app was released as part of MyGov’s anniversary celebrations and the first-ever Town Hall event in New Delhi.

The Prime Minister launched the MyGov portal on July 26, 2014, as part of the government’s Digital India campaign. Last year, the government held an online contest on the platform for the development of the newly launched app. The contest was won by a team of six engineering students, who were given the opportunity to create the app.

Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS)

Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is an integrated bill payment system in India offering interoperable and accessible bill payment service to customers through a network of agents of registered member as Agent Institutions (AI), enabling multiple payment modes, and providing instant confirmation of payment.

  • The Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is an RBI conceptualized system driven by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
  • It is a one-stop payment platform for all bills, providing an interoperable and accessible “Anytime Anywhere” bill payment service to customers across the country with certainty, reliability and safety of transactions.
  • Payments through BBPS may be made using cash, transfer cheques and electronic modes. Bill aggregators and banks, who will function as operating units, will carry out these transactions for the customers

Passport Seva

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is responsible for issuance of Passports to Indian Citizens through a network of 36 Passport offices across the Country and 190 Indian Missions and Posts abroad.

A Passport is an essential travel document for those who are traveling abroad for education, tourism, pilgrimage, medical attendance, business purposes and family visits. During the last few years, the growing economy and spreading globalization have led to an increased demand for Passport and related services. mKisan

mKisan is an SMS portal set up by the Hon’ble President of India for farmers that empowers all central and state government organisations in agriculture and allied sectors to give information or services to farmers regarding agricultural practices. Under mKisan USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data), IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) and Pull SMS are value-added services which have enabled farmers and other stakeholders to receive not only broadcast messages but also to get web-based services on their mobile without having internet facilities.   • This Integrated Portal helps to ensure proper storage in previous advisories or SMS and also efficient monitoring at different levels.
  • The integrated database from the State Governments, Universities, KVKs web-based registration, Kisan Call Centres etc. is maintained.
  • Provision of web-based services through SMS or USSD is, therefore, the support of the entire project.
  • Integration with other services such as Kisan Call Centres, Common Service Centres, Websites for extracting necessary information and also for providing data from remote locations where the Internet is not available or is unreliable.
